Someone with experience in matters of mainland company setup in Dubai would tell you that there are certain rules when it comes to company nomenclature. For example, you are not allowed to have religious terms in the name of your company. The names of countries and cities are also not allowed, but nationalities and the names of geographical regions are permitted. The name of your company cannot begin with ‘Global’ or ‘International’, and a first name is allowed only if it is the first name of one of the shareholders.
