Description

Position Title: Catering Assistant

Company: Emirates Flight Catering (EKFC)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: Dubai International Airport (DXB)

Start Date: Immediate

Role Overview

You will support day-to-day catering operations by preparing meal trays, handling food items, maintaining hygiene standards, and ensuring timely dispatch of flight meals.

Key Responsibilities

Assemble airline meal trays according to specifications.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.

Pack, arrange, and label food items for flight loading.

Assist in storing and organizing catering supplies.

Maintain cleanliness of workstations and equipment.

Work closely with supervisors to meet tight operational timelines.

Support loading teams when required.

Minimum Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Basic communication skills in English.

Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.

Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Desired Requirements

Previous experience in hospitality, catering, or food handling.

Understanding of HACCP or food safety guidelines.

Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team.
