Required Insurance Coordinator cum Receptionist A well-known and reputed medical center in Ajman is looking for a Full-Time and Part-Time Insurance Coordinator cum Receptionist with 2 to 5 years of experience in a medical center. Fluency in English is a must, and knowledge of Arabic is an added advantage. Only candidates with UAE experience are eligible to apply. Job Details: Position: Insurance Coordinator cum Receptionist Location: Ajman Job Type: Full-time and Part-time Salary: AED 1,250 – AED 2,500 /month (depending on experience) Job Description: • Handle daily insurance-related tasks like eligibility checks, pre-approvals, verifications, etc., for OP/IP/ER. • Ensure compliance with department turnaround time, quality, and productivity. • Coordinate with insurance companies/TPAs. • Work closely with in-house doctors, CBD doctors, and relevant hospital teams for approval matters. • Coordinate with the hospital finance department and head office for invoicing, claim submission/resubmission, and reconciliation. • Evaluate and process claims per insurance policy terms and conditions. • Prepare final approvals for OP/IP/ER claims for submission within stipulated time frames. • Identify and report any claims-related observations or issues that may affect the process. • Review patient files and documents for accuracy. • Ensure all codes are current and active. • Respond to patient inquiries via phone and email. • Schedule appointments and procedures and verify insurance information.
